The Palestinian Territories, particularly the West Bank, have a sizable Christian population that celebrates Christmas each year. Bethlehem, the village where Jesus Christ was born, is in the West Bank just south of Jerusalem. The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem hosts several Christmas Eve services each year.

On Christmas Eve, there is a parade through Bethlehem. Interestingly, in includes bagpipe music! You may also see Santa Claus in the parade as he throws candy to eagerly watching children.
